Yana Grushina is a Graduate Associate for the Center for Organizational Development and Leadership at Rutgers. Her professional experiences have encompassed organizational communication, public relations, market research and analysis, training and development, and teaching. Yana has held positions in nonprofit organizations (United Disability Services; United Way), business (The Freedonia Group), and education (Russian-American Christian University; Kent State University). She has lived in Russia, Mozambique, Great Britain, and Germany. Yana holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies (2005), with major areas of interest in organizational and intercultural communication. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication, Information, and Library Studies at Rutgers.
